Family of Meredith Kercher welcome guilty verdict as 'a little bit of justice'
The family of murdered student Meredith Kercher have welcomed the conviction of her killers but said her death would always leave a huge hole in their lives.

Speaking at a press conference in Perugia, Italy, her brother John, 32, said: "Meredith leaves a big hole in our lives and her presence is missed every time we meet as a family. We prefer not to remember her that way [as a murder victim]. We want to concentrate on the 21 years we did have with her."
The family spoke hours after the guilty verdicts were passed on American student Amanda Knox, 22, and her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, 25.
