AppleSurf Seaside Villas are located on the Northwest corner of the Island of Tortola, BVI. Sea Breeze and Ocean Mist are both One Bedroom Luxury Villas located at the Beach at Little Apple Bay. You can Roll Over in Bed and Check Out the Break when staying at the Ocean Mist Villa! Click for some Sample Waves and Beaches. The Villas offer a Full Kitchen, Bathroom, Sitting Room and One Bedroom. The Ocean Mist Unit offers Patio Dining with a Deck on the Ocean. The Sea Breeze Villa features a Breezy Sun Deck and Large Shaded Porch offering amazing outdoor dining and relaxing. Sun or Shade; Feel, See and Hear the Great Atlantic. Sit and watch the world go by; Pelican's fishing, the sun is shining. Swells forming, coming straight at you. The Villas are built into the Sea Wall, 15' up from the Atlantic Ocean beach. The Surf Break at Bomba's is 300' down the beach, right next door to Sebastians Resort. Look out at the Sea; Hear it, Feel it and See it; Up Close and Private.

Both Villas feature Outdoor Living Spaces for Relaxing and Dining that offer Sun, Breeze, Shade and Privacy with a Gorgeous View.

The Kitchens feature an Electric Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker and Blender.

Each Villa has an active cell phone with a local number. Each phone has credits to make 15 calls, if you use up the credits,
you can add credits at the Digicel office, just over Zion Hill. We also offer free broadband wireless internet access via WIFI.

There are no air conditioners in the units, ocean breezes work their magic. We have ceiling fans in both the living and sleeping rooms
for the days in season when needed. Each unit has a full bathroom with shower, a Queen size bed and a CD AM/FM/MP3 Stereo System.
Sea Breeze offers a Futon couch/sleeper. Ocean Mist features an inflatable if needed.

The Villas are central located in Apply Bay on the Ocean Beach. Long Bay is right over the hill, Smugglers Cove right after that.
Cane Garden Bay is less than 15 minutes away. There are 2 swimming beaches in Apple Bay including a protected sandy beach
by the Sugar Mill, 1/4 mile from the villas. fyi- they serve a great lunch in the shade. Prices and conditions are as follows:

Rates for the Sea Breeze Villa is 1,495 for the 7 nights. Each additional day is 210.00 per night.
Rates apply from December 14th to April 30th.
7% government tax is additional charge.

Rate for Ocean Mist unit is 1,250 for the 7 nights. Each additional day is 180.00 per night.
Minimum stay is 5 days, daily rate is 190.00.
Rates apply from December 14th to April 30th.
